Motherhood and Apple Pie have recently had a revamp to their website. The new site will feature more news and updates as well as upcoming gigs and shows. The website was edited in 2020 to bring a new, fresh look including a new band logo and comes ready for the launch of a new album from the band.

The band hit Costa Coffee in Derby for an open mic night, the set featured a cover of Annie Lennox's Little Bird as well as a set of their acoustic originals.

Throughout 2016 performing at various open mics around Derby and Nottingham.
June 2015
Motherhood and Apple Pie performed at Furthest From The Sea event hosted by Furthest From The Sea Music, Comedy & Arts. The event was held at the Market Place in Derby on 20th June 2015. The band played a mixture of their own songs from their first album along with a few of their favourite covers.

May 2015
Gary and Sam were joined by youngest son Elliot (Drums/Cajun) for a very busy day of performing on Sunday 24th May 2015. The band played a 2 hour slot at Ye Olde Dolphin Inn, derby and then went on to the Victoria Inn, Derby to play another set the same evening. They played acoustic sets with a mixture of their own songs and covers.
March 2015
Held at the waterfall in the Cathedral Quarter Derby, Knickerbocker Glorious is a
free outside event playing host to the best of East Midlands entertainment. The event, taking place on Saturday 21st March 2015 was organised by Furthest from the Sea Music, Comedy & Arts. Motherhood and Apple Pie were among the line-up featuring Georgia Fowler Music, Phoebe Pritchett, Louise Grattan, Gardina and Adele's Street Dance Classes in Derby.
October 2014
The band performed live at the Quad, a cinema, gallery and café bar, in Derby City Centre on 4th October 2014. The pair performed live to the crowd at the event organised by Hayd Cartwright.
September 2014
The band performed live at Parkwood Day Centre, Alfreton Park on 20th September 2014. Gary and Sam played a set of songs from their Dinosaur Days album and afterwards met with members of the crowd.
June 2014
The band performed live joined by their youngest sons Elliot (Drums). The audience was one of the band's largest to date with hundreds of people gathering from across Derby. Motherhood & Apple Pie even secured an invitation to play at The Sausage and Folk Feste at the Victoria Inn the following Sunday.

The band performed a live acoustic set at the Book Cafe in Derby on Sunday 11th May 2014. The tracks played included Breathe, I Trust In You and Still Holding On.
April 2014
The band performed a series of tracks from their album Dinosaur Days at The Victoria Inn, Derby. Sam and Gary were joined by Gordon Kerr who played the Cajun for the band as they performed their acoustic set.

December 2013
The new album features 10 tracks including popular songs Cradle Me, How Many More Times and I Trust In You, plus the acoustic bonus track Helena's Prayer. The album is available to purchase now on a range of platforms.
